DISCOVER YOUR ANIMAL GUIDES: A SoulCollage® Exploration
Do you feel a special kinship with certain wild creatures? Are you open to guidance from animal energy? What lessons have you learned from your pets?
This fun, intuitive workshop will put you in touch with some of your animal guides, also known as the SoulCollage® Companion Suit. Through visualization, group work, stories, and lots of hands-on creativity, you’ll discover and celebrate the chakra allies that guide your many aspects of Soul and self. You’ll leave with one to three animal collage images that represent the inner you. No art experience necessary.

SoulCollage in the workplace
SoulCollage is an ideal way for employees to celebrate themselves and reinforce the strengths that they bring to their work. They can also explore aspects of their personality that might hinder on-the-job performance or relationships with co-workers. It is a fun, creative form of self-discovery, presented in a supportive, non-threatening way.
During these challenging economic times of career transition and job uncertainty, SoulCollage can help people access their deeper selves and bring out buried passions and interests. This can help lead to exciting new work opportunities or enrich their current job role.
SoulCollage and mental health
Heather has used the SoulCollage process with mental health clients as an adjunct to her writing program. Since it involves only images, and no words, it activates the intuitive right brain, offering access to a deeper part of ourselves. This invites a freedom of creative expression that can broaden and enrich a client’s self-image.
SoulCollage and healing and recovery work
The personal exploration and self-celebration aspects of SoulCollage are well suited for healing and recovery. Whether creating an Anger or Addict card or ones that represent a vulnerable new self in transition, each participant has support and creative freedom to represent his or her inner growth process and significant life influences.
